hey, just a reminder that holding suicide over someone’s head is emotional abuse. if you have someone who tells you that they’ll kill themselves if you leave them, if you stop talking to them, if you do something they do not want you to do, that is abuse- and you have every right to get out of that situation.

I don’t even have words
This- just- no. This would have been okay if they skipped the first few lyrics because they’d be singing about enjoying their religion which is completely acceptable and encouraged. But “Whatcha gonna do with atheists? all those pagan atheists? I’ll make them christian just like me!” totally crosses the line. Please enjoy your faith, but STOP SHOVING IT DOWN EVERYONE’S THROAT. Yes, there will be people whose beliefs will differ from yours and that is okay. Do you stop people with a different hair color and demand that they dye their hair to match yours? No, because people are different and do not have to conform to fit the standards of others. rant over/
